It is observed that the product ecosystem built by Royal Enfield for the Himalayan has developed certain performance gaps. Through studying the users this study explored these performance gaps from user’s perspective and suggested to improve the product through user-centred design approach.

Through comprehensive research and analysis, it’s evident that Royal Enfield’s Himalayan motorcycle has garnered significant attention from adventure-seeking enthusiasts in India.

Our study revealed certain performance gaps that need addressing to enhance user satisfaction and optimise the riding experience. By embracing a user-centred design approach, Royal Enfield has the opportunity to refine the Himalayan and shape the future of adventure motorcycles. Moving forward, Royal Enfield should prioritise bridging the identified performance gaps to ensure that the Himalayan 2.0 meets user expectations and remains competitive in the market.
